Mansfield - Ohio - An agreement whereby Rupp Industries will acquire the assets of Alouette Recreational Products, Montreal, manufacturer of Alouette snowmobiles, has been reached between Rupp and Alouette's parent company, Coleco (Canada) Ltd. Colrco had announced several months ago it was seeking a buyer for Alouette. Coleco purchased Alouette from Bangor-Punta corporation approximately two years ago.
