The Citation line did not come with the power and acclamation that accompanied The Formulas, but The Citation was still rich in engineering and design.
   The Citations are single-cylinder, 248cc snowmobiles designed for the first-time buyer market.  They were reasonably priced and lightweight (under 300 pounds dry), making them affordable and easy to handle
