Designed to provide snowmobile racing promotion racing materials for many local snowmobile races being held across the snowbelt. The kit included one start and one finish banner, five "Welcome Race Fans" signs, ten "Snowmobile Races" signs with six directional arrows, three "official" are bands and forty Castrol decals.
