ROLLO-O-FLEX IS LIQUIDATED

REGINA, SASK. The Assets of Rollo-O-Flex, LTD., manufactureres of Rollo-O-Flex and Wild One Snowmobiles, have been liquidated.
According to John Brennan, appointed by the court as receiver manager on behalf of  the secured creditors, the company had proposed payment of 20% of its debts in January, however when it couldn't make that first payment, the creditors committee decided to liquidate the assets and formal application for bankruptcy will be made shortly.
