CROSBY MINN. - Scorpion, Inc. announced it has purchased the recreational engine manufacturing operations of North American Rockwell. The facilities located in Pinneberg, Germany, will be moved to Scorpion headquarters in Crosby, Minnesota over a three year period.
Scorpion has utilized The Rockwell JLO engine for the past three years, and the past season used only Rockwell.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed, However, Harvey V. Paulson, Scorpion president, said the total project will be well into seven figures.
